Possible modifications will only affect new ticket reservations that are processed. <\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (\u20ac) and include taxes, unless by legal requirement, especially regarding VAT, a different matter is indicated and applied.<\/p>\n<p>Processing fees will be borne by the Customer. As such, the Website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system. <\/p>\n<p>Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank, and if said entity does not authorize payment, CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the User.<\/p>\n<p>Once CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO receives the purchase order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The card will be charged when the User is sent confirmation of shipment and\/or confirmation of the service provided in the established form and, where applicable, place. <\/p>\n<p>If the payment method is a gift card or prepaid card, the charge will be made when CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO sends a confirmation of the purchase or acquisition order for products and\/or services to the User.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, by clicking on &#8220;Complete purchase&#8221; the User confirms that the payment method used is theirs, or that, where applicable, they are the legitimate holder of the gift card or prepaid card.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>DELIVERY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tickets, as a general rule, will be sent by email at the moment the purchase is completed as a file in pdf format and must be printed by the purchaser.<\/p>\n<p>When for reasons specific to the event, collection of final tickets is carried out at the ticket offices or at a different point, the customer will be duly informed.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The User is informed that if they detect that an error has occurred when entering data necessary to process their purchase request on the Website, they may modify them by contacting CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO through the contact spaces enabled on the Website, and, where applicable, through those enabled to contact customer service, and\/or using the contact details provided in clause one (General Information). Likewise, this information could also be corrected by the User through their personal connection space on the Website. <\/p>\n<p>In any case, the User, before clicking on &#8220;Complete purchase&#8221;, has access to the space, cart, or basket where their purchase requests are recorded and can make modifications.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the User is referred to consult the Legal Notice and Conditions of Use and, specifically, the Privacy Policy to obtain more information on how to exercise their right of rectification as established in Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and in Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In cases where the User acquires products on or through the owner&#8217;s Website, they are entitled to a series of rights, as listed and described below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and, therefore, has the right to withdraw from said purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of ticket acquisition, the provision of a service that the User contracts on this Website is governed and as stated in article 103.I of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, <strong>the Right of withdrawal will not apply<\/strong> to Users when <em>&#8220;services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution are exempt from such right&#8221; <\/em>so with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO, they will have lost their right of withdrawal, the User will not be able to cancel or modify the purchase of tickets unless operational incidents occur at the Circuit. Any order placed through the Circuit&#8217;s website will be considered firm. Therefore, changes or returns of tickets will not be accepted except in case of event cancellation. In this case, the refund of the amount will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase.   <\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong>LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Unless otherwise provided by law, CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their origin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>any losses that were not attributable to any breach on its part;<\/li>\n<li>business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred); or<\/li>\n<li>any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the sales contract for the products was formalized between both parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Likewise, CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO also limits its liability in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical failures that for fortuitous or other reasons prevent normal operation of the service through the internet. Unavailability of the Website for maintenance or other reasons that prevent access to the service. CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO uses all means at its disposal to carry out the purchase, payment and shipping\/delivery process of products, however it is exempt from liability for causes not attributable to it, fortuitous event or force majeure.  <\/li>\n<li>In general, CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will not be responsible for any breach or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events beyond its reasonable control, that is, due to force majeure, and this may include, by way of example but not exhaustively:\n<ul>\n<li>Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.<\/li>\n<li>Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war.<\/li>\n<li>Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.<\/li>\n<li>Impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.<\/li>\n<li>Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.<\/li>\n<li>Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3669 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ricardotormo.nectarestudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Vista-aerea-2025-Circuit-Drone-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"989\" height=\"740\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ricardotormo.nectarestudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Vista-aerea-2025-Circuit-Drone-4.jpg 989w, https:\/\/ricardotormo.nectarestudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Vista-aerea-2025-Circuit-Drone-4-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ricardotormo.nectarestudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Vista-aerea-2025-Circuit-Drone-4-768x575.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 989px) 100vw, 989px\" \/>In this way, obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will have an extension in the deadline to fulfill them for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure. CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will use all reasonable means to find a solution that allows it to fulfill its obligations despite the cause of force majeure. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Circuit will in no case be responsible for those operations that take place during contracting that are not under its direct responsibility, such as errors in the payment gateways of banking entities, errors in data entry by the Customer, Internet service errors, etc.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer assumes full responsibility in case said ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or falsified, losing all rights that it grants to access the venue.<\/li>\n<li>When tickets are torn, wrinkled or show signs of falsification, the Circuit may prevent their holder from accessing the venue. Therefore, the Customer is obliged to properly preserve them. <\/li>\n<li>Only the first ticket will be considered valid, and anyone who later tries to use the same ticket will not be allowed in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong>WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>By using this Website, the User agrees that most communications with CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO will be electronic (email or notices posted on the Website).<\/p>\n<p>For contractual purposes, the User agrees to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that any contract, notice, information and other communications that CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO sends electronically meet the legal requirements of being in writing. This condition will not affect the User\u2019s statutory rights. <\/p>\n<p>The User may send notices and\/or communicate with CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO using the contact details provided in these Terms and, where applicable, through the Website\u2019s contact areas.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, unless otherwise stipulated, CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO may contact and\/or notify the User by email or at the postal address provided.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong>WAIVER<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No waiver by CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO of any specific right or legal action, or failure by CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO to require strict performance by the User of any of their obligations, shall constitute a waiver of any other rights or actions arising from a contract or from these Terms, nor shall it release the User from complying with their obligations.<\/p>\n<p>No waiver by CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO of any of these Terms or of the rights or actions arising from a contract shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is formalised and communicated to the User in writing.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><strong>SEVERABILITY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If any of these Terms are declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong>ENTIRE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These Terms and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO in relation to the subject matter of the sale and replace any prior arrangement, agreement or promise made verbally or in writing by the same parties.<\/p>\n<p>The User and CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO acknowledge that they have agreed to enter into a contract without relying on any statement or promise made by the other party, except as expressly mentioned in these Terms.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><strong>DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The information or personal data that the User provides to CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO in the course of a transaction on the Website will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy or data protection policy (contained, where applicable, in the Legal Notice and General Terms of Use). No refunds or ticket exchanges will be made, except in the event of cancellation of the event or if it is held behind closed doors, in which case the applicable legal provisions shall apply. <\/li>\n<li>Once the ticket has been purchased, the customer may not cancel or change the purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Right of admission reserved.<\/li>\n<li>The Organiser is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at official points of sale. Any ticket that is damaged, torn or shows signs of forgery will authorise the Organiser to deny access to the venue. <\/li>\n<li>The ticket holder will lose all rights granted by the ticket upon leaving the venue.<\/li>\n<li>Entry is not permitted with objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organiser and\/or the competent Authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Taking photographs or making recordings for professional, commercial or any other purpose (except private use) is not permitted without the prior written consent of CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO or the event organiser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>8. Access to CIRCUIT RICARDO TORMO and attendance at the event imply that the ticket holder is aware of and accepts that, during the event, photographs, audiovisual recordings or live broadcasts may be taken in which their image may appear incidentally or as part of the event as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Such images may be used by the organiser and\/or by the Circuit to report on the event, document its staging and promote activities, competitions or future editions of the Circuit, by publishing them on websites, social media, the media, corporate publications or other communication channels related to the organiser\u2019s activity.<\/p>\n<p>In no case does this clause imply the exclusive assignment of the ticket holder\u2019s image rights, nor does it authorise the individualised use of their image for advertising purposes unrelated to the promotion of the event itself when, under applicable law, it is necessary to obtain their consent or have another legal basis legitimising such processing.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>The Organiser may allow entry to the venue once the show has started.<\/li>\n<li>The ticket must be kept until the end of the show. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. NO exchanges, returns or refunds will be made.  <\/li>\n<li>This ticket may not be used for any promotional or advertising purpose, nor resold without the Organiser\u2019s authorisation.<\/li>\n<li>The ticket holder is aware of and accepts the risks involved in motor racing and accepts all risks and dangers arising from the event.
