This weekend, on June 20 and 21, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo hosts the races of the CEF InterOpen Speed, organized by the Motorcycling Federation of the Valencian Community. The event brings together various national and regional categories along with the MIR Racing Aspar Cup at the Valencian circuit. Admission is free for the public all weekend.

The sports program has started with free practice sessions for all categories, as well as technical and administrative checks. Starting Saturday, timed practice sessions will take place to determine the starting grids for the different categories in the championship. Saturday’s schedule includes the first races of the weekend. Moto5, Promo3, BMW Iberia Cup, SSP300 and the Superbike and Supersport categories will hold their first heats starting at 2:40 PM. On Sunday, the second races will be held in the same category order, completing the CEF InterOpen sports program on the main track of Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

The presence of the MIR Racing Aspar Cup is one of the main new features of this edition. The championship, linked to the young rider development structure promoted by the Aspar Team and the Circuit Ricardo Tormo itself, visits the Cheste track for the first time this season, with the participation of young motorcycle racing prospects starting their sporting careers.

In parallel, the weekend’s activity is completed on the Tecnificación Track, which hosts the sixth round of the Minivelocidad Championship of the Valencian Community. The categories called are MiniGP, 80 Pro Series, 80 Automatic, and Pit Bike 20-1 and 20-2, with two heats scheduled for each as part of the competitive program. Fans can follow both the CEF InterOpen races and the training and grassroots activity on the Tecnificación Track for free, with access to the Pit Grandstand and the paddock.
