The Royal Spanish Motorcycling Federation (RFME), the Motorcycling Federation of the Valencian Community and the Circuit have published the terms and conditions for the scholarship program at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo’s Specialized Motor Sports Training Center (CETDM) for the period 2026-2028, a benchmark program in national motorcycling that once again positions the Valencian circuit as the epicenter of training and development of sporting talent. The CETDM is the only motor sports center in Spain recognized by the Higher Sports Council and by the Spanish Automobile and Motorcycling federations, and offers riders a unique environment to improve their sporting and personal performance.

The new call for applications includes scholarships for the Technical Training and High-Performance programs, aimed at both promising young riders and those already competing at the highest level. The Technical Training program offers 10 scholarships, divided equally between the Road Racing and Off-Road disciplines, with both academic and athletic tracks. In addition, there are 20 sports scholarships for the High-Performance program, intended for riders participating in world speed motorcycle championships. The selection process will be based on objective criteria such as track record, recent athletic results, potential, the sports plan submitted, and, in the case of younger riders, academic performance.

One of the most notable aspects of these guidelines is their commitment to equal opportunity and local talent, as a minimum percentage of scholarships is reserved for pilots from the Community, and—provided the requirements are met—at least one additional scholarship is guaranteed for female pilots. In addition, the scholarships will last for two years, aligned with the academic year, and offer a comprehensive program of training, biomedical monitoring, physical conditioning, and psychological support, all at world-class facilities.

The application period is now open. For the Technical Development Program, applications may be submitted through May 10, while the High-Performance Program will remain open for applications through November 1. All documentation must be submitted electronically, and the final decision will be published on the websites of the Circuit, the RFME, and the FMCV, ensuring a transparent and objective process.

With this event, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo reinforces its commitment to the future of motorcycle racing and to the comprehensive training of the riders who will shape the coming seasons.
